- Event Planning and Management
• Develop and manage event timelines, budgets, and logistics

- Creative Development
• Collaborate with City staff to conceptualize event themes and branding
• Design event layouts, signage, and promotional materials
• Develop run-of-show documents and scripts as needed
- Video Production Services
• Provide multi-camera video coverage of events
• Produce live-streaming content for City platforms (e.g., TV-23, YouTube, social media)
• Capture and edit highlight reels, interviews, and promotional videos
• Deliver final video assets in broadcast-ready and web-optimized formats
- Technical Support
• Supply and operate audio/visual equipment, lighting, and staging
• Provide technical troubleshooting and support before and during events
• Ensure high-quality sound and video capture in various environments
- Post-Event Services
• Conduct post-event evaluations and debriefs
• Provide analytics on video engagement and viewership (if applicable)
• Archive and deliver all media assets to the City.
