Photography and Videography Services

The vendor required to provide photography and videography services for include:
- Portraits and pictures:
1. Senior portraits and individual pictures:
•    Background poses and clothing will be selected by the student, parent and photographer. 
•    Seniors will receive color picture proofs from which to choose their final portrait selections. 
•    Seniors will be allowed to order extra photographs other than the designated packages. 
•    Provide the school with a minimum of two (2) color photographs of each student for yearbook and school records at no cost to the school.
•    All pictures will be packaged by class or teacher and alphabetized for delivery. 
•    Each individual color picture package will be available to each student for purchase. 
•    Each campus principal will make the final decision concerning the package(s) which will be offered at their respective campuses. 
•    Each faculty member will receive a complimentary, color individual package.
2. Class group pictures
•    The company will provide the school with a minimum of one (1) class picture at no cost to the school. 
•    Each teacher will receive a complimentary package of their class. 
•    All pictures will be packaged by class or teacher and alphabetized for delivery. 
•    Photographers will furnish risers, background curtains, and name boards.
- Special event photography:
•    Still photography of students with a camera which is not a video camera 
•    Videography of students using a video camera 
•    Photo booths and 360 photo and video booths for students during special events.
- Athletic portraits and team pictures
•    All individual athletic portraits and team pictures will be coordinated by the campus principal or his designated coach. 
•    Each individual and group color picture package will be available to each student for purchase. 
•    Each campus principal will make the final decision concerning the package(s) which will be offered at their respective campuses. 
•    The company will provide the school with a minimum of one (1) class picture at no cost to the school. 
•    Each coach will receive a complimentary package of their team. 
•    All pictures will be packaged by class or sport and alphabetized for delivery.
•    Photographer will furnish risers, background, and name board if requested.
- Panoramic photograph of graduating class and groups:
•    The senior class of each high school campus requests a panoramic photograph of the entire graduating class. 
•    Other campuses may request panoramic photographs of staff and student groups as well. 
•    Risers are furnished by the photographer, as are personnel to help students line up on the risers in appropriate formation for the photograph. 
•    One (1) color photograph of the senior class will be provided by the photographer and business owner to the school at no cost.
- Responsibilities for all types of photography and videography:
•    Pictures of students cannot be placed on any website(s) by the photographer or business owner. 
•    Proposal prices on all packages will show the school commission. 
•    All pictures will be guaranteed to the satisfaction of the parents. 
•    The photography company will handle all complaints and adjustments on pictures. 
•    Any such complaints and adjustments shall be resolved within 48 hours of notification. 
•    The vendor will provide take home notices approximately two (2) weeks prior to the picture taking and video date(s). 
•    The chosen picture date(s) will be decided by the principal. 
•    All other time schedules and the delivery of pictures will be discussed with the principal. 
•    Each building principal will make the final decision concerning the package(s) to be offered at their respective campuses. 
•    Include your policy on picture retakes and picture refunds. 
•    A representative of the photography company will handle all monies involving the pictures. 
•    All picture packages will include applicable sales taxes. 
•    All prices on re‐orders must be the same as the original price.
