Photography Services

The Vendor is required to provide portrait photographer to provide team and individual photography services for various youth sports recreation programs located throughout the city.
- Program activities include, but are not limited to, baseball, softball, flag football, cheerleading, and basketball.
- Provide monetary compensation to the City in the form of a percentage of gross revenue generated from photography operations, such as the sale of photo packages, at all approved service locations throughout the City.
- Portrait photography of youth sports teams and individuals along with photo editing services for Recreation programs.
- Physical photos to be printed and mailed to the purchaser.
- Digital photos to be delivered virtually through a website, portal, or other online delivery system.
- Videography services
- Photography for live sporting events,
- Manage all revenue and expenses associated with photography sessions.
