The vendor required to provide television and digital commercial production will include:
• One: 60-second commercial
• One: 30-second commercial
• Multiple: 15-second commercials (anticipated 4–6 variations)
- Multiple vertical :15 and :30 second formats for social media, including Tiktok, Instagram and Facebook.
- All assets must be suitable for broadcast television, digital platforms (YouTube, social media, streaming services), and internal use.
- Depending on creative for commercials, aims may work with the vendor to either recut into a trade-specific commercial or add the trade-specific commercial as an addition to the overall contract.
- Requirement:
1. Pre-production
• Concept development and refinement – work with aims to align creative approach with brand standards and campaign goals.
• Scriptwriting – support script development and translation for Spanish versions.
• Talent screening – collaborate on casting, with bilingual capability considered a plus.
• Location scouting – assist with selection of suitable on- and off-campus filming locations.
• Scheduling and budgeting – provide detailed production timeline and cost estimates.
2. Production
• Filming – capture high-quality footage using HD and 4k cameras, lighting, and audio packages.
• Crew – provide director, videographers, sound, and production assistants as needed.
• broadcast standards – ensure technical specifications meet FCC and broadcast requirements.
3. Post-production
• Editing – deliver rough cuts and incorporate at least three rounds of revisions per spot.
• Graphics– develop motion graphics consistent with aims brand standards.
• Music and sound design – license music and provide mixing and mastering.
• Spanish versions – deliver translated edits (voiceover or subtitles, final determination with aims).
• Final deliverables – provide broadcast-ready masters, digital-optimized formats including vertical edits to social media spec, and raw footage and b-roll.
