The Vendor is required to provide digital marketing agencies to support lead generation for its computer and data science online (CDSO) programs.
- Department in digital marketing strategy, creative development, paid media, search, and lead nurturing for graduate level or professional education programs.

• M.S. In computer science (MSCS) – a rigorous foundation in computer science with electives in areas such as advanced operating systems, machine learning, and programming languages.
• M.S. In data science (MSDS) – offered jointly with agency department of statistics and data sciences, this program equips students with broad expertise in data science, integrating computational and statistical approaches.
• M.S. In artificial intelligence (MSAI) – one of the first fully online AI master’s programs, preparing students to lead AI-driven innovation across industries.
• Graduate certificate in AI and machine learning (CAIML) – a flexible option for professionals seeking targeted expertise without committing to a full degree.
- Strategy and Planning
• Review existing competitor analyses; market research; audience research, analyses, and matrices; and prior marketing strategy recommendations for the MSCS, MSDS, and MSAI programs.
• Option: Conduct in-depth interviews with 8-10 target audience members, including prospective students who opted not to attend a CDSO program. CDSO will support recruitment for interviews.
- Brand Awareness – Build and strengthen brand awareness in targeted domestic markets. This effort will run concurrently with enrollment-focused campaigns.
- The marketing strategy must therefore focus on lead quality over lead volume, ensuring that applicants are well aligned with program requirements and expectations.
- Support the development of creative assets that align with the CDSO brand and drive engagement across the marketing funnel. This includes the creation of new assets once campaigns are in flight to optimize performance and reduce fatigue.
- Creative deliverables may include, but are not limited to:
• Video assets (long form and short form for multiple platforms)
• Social media ads(copy, graphics, video formats)
• Paid search ad copy and extensions.
• Display and programmatic advertising creative.
- Paid Digital Advertising
• Recommend and execute channel usage and flighting strategies for awareness, consideration/ lead generation, and retargeting.
• Manage campaign execution across approved platforms in alignment with the approved paid media plan. Channels may include, but are not limited to: Meta, Reddit, StackAdapt, Spotify, YouTube, LinkedIn, paid search, and others.
• Provide daily management, maintenance, and optimization of all digital ad media.
• Ensure proper conversion tracking and attribution models are in place.
• Continuously monitor, test, and optimize campaigns to improve ROI and lead quality.
