The Vendor is required to provide to assist in developing, implementing, and executing a comprehensive marketing and sales strategy to maximize seat sales, attendance, and fan engagement at stadium.
- Strategic marketing and communication plan
• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing and communications plan for the launch and sale of the premium seating in the new west tower project at stadium, including strategies to manage and communicate the downstream impacts on existing premium ticket holders and premium seating areas.
• Assist universities in developing a pricing strategy based on comparable market pricing at comparable peer and conference institutions.
• Develop a marketing and sales schedule that meets the timeline of the university athletic department and mac to market and secure patrons for all premium seating.
• Create a renewed interest campaign designed to reengage existing ticket holders, corporate sponsors, and prospective new buyers.
• Design and work with university’s athletics to implement digital, social media, and traditional media campaigns consistent with the university’s trademark and licensing brand standards and aligned with university’s athletics’ marketing objectives.
• Recommend and optimize ticket pricing, sales timelines, and promotional offers to maximize season premium seating sales.
• Develop a communication plan that highlights the unique value proposition of the premium seating, such as enhanced amenities, proximity to the field, and premium hospitality experiences.
- Assistance with development of sales center
• Assist university athletics and mac with the development of a premium seat sales center. This should include input on operational aspects, personnel requirements, technology required, and other aspects to create a successful premium seat sales center.
- West tower project at stadium – new and existing premium seating
• Lead all inbound and outbound sales efforts for the new and existing premium seating offerings, ensuring proactive communication and coordination regarding downstream impacts on existing premium seating areas and ticket holders.
• Lead the efforts in marketing and sales of the existing and/or modified premium seating at stadium.
• Collaborate with university to facilitate seat relocations for current premium seat holders who elect to move to the new premium seating, including assisting with the resale or reassignment of their prior seats.
• Establish and maintain direct relationships with existing and potential premium seating buyers, including corporate partners, donors, and high-value fans.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation through signed agreements, and coordinate follow-up payment and fulfillment processes with the mountaineer athletic club (mac).
• Provide tailored customer service and consultative support to prospective buyers to ensure alignment with premium seating experience expectations.
- Data and analysis
• Utilize university ticketing platform (paciolan) to access lead data, track communications, and measure sales progress.
• Apply data-driven segmentation, forecasting, and performance reporting to enhance targeting accuracy and conversion efficiency.
• Provide regular reports summarizing sales pipeline status, conversion rates, and marketing performance metrics.
