The Vendor is required to provide to procure communications and public relations consulting services for the office, from a highly qualified and well-rounded consultant team.
- Planning, implementing, and evaluating public relations activities and messaging in English, Spanish, Vietnamese, Korean, Tagalog, Chinese (Traditional and Simplified), and other languages as needed.
- Develop and contribute content for office social media channels (i.e. Facebook/Meta, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) and actively seek earned media, employing techniques to acquire it.
- May manage and oversee traditional and hybrid earned media strategies to secure placement in print, digital, or broadcast media, locally and statewide.
- Producing crisis management and rapid response strategies, including: monitoring, reporting, and suggesting key messages in preparation of breaking news, social medial posts, or new research/data.
- Draft, revise/iterate and produce final versions of a variety of communication materials, including but not limited to: graphic design for materials and artifacts, talking points, videos, fact sheets, FAQs, newsletters, speeches, presentations, campaigns, website content, presentations with key data points and other types of materials for a variety of mediums (e.g., print, digital, podcast, video, and Internet) as requested.
- Utilizing industry or proprietary tools to evaluate success of messaging and social media performance mid-campaign and post-campaign to recommend revised strategy and tactics.
- Coach designated members of the office team on approaches and techniques to effectively prepare a variety of communication materials (e.g., newsletters, talking points, speeches, presentations, social media content, etc.)
