The vendor required to provide recruiting video production services, including but not limited to:
- Pre-production
• Conduct a kickoff meeting with agency leadership and recruiting staff.
• Develop a creative concept, message outline, and script treatment.
• Provide a detailed production schedule and shot list.
• Coordinate filming logistics, including location scouting and permits (if required).
• Create a production plan emphasizing safety, confidentiality, and professionalism.
- Production
• Capture high-definition (4k minimum) video at various agency facilities and community locations.
• Film interviews with officers, recruits, and leadership (to be approved by agency).
• Capture b-roll footage of patrol, training, community engagement, and departmental operations.
• Record professional-quality audio and lighting to ensure consistent production standards.
• Maintain confidentiality and compliance with department policies and applicable laws.
- Post-production
• Edit video into a primary recruiting film (approx. 2–3 minutes).
• Deliver two short versions (30–60 seconds) optimized for social media.
• Include graphics, music, titles, and department branding (logos, patches, etc.).
• Integrate captions and ensure act compliance for all final versions.
• Provide opportunities for up to three (3) rounds of revisions based on agency feedback.
• Deliver all final files in high-resolution and web-ready formats (.mp4, .mov, etc.).
• Provide all raw footage and project files to agency upon completion.
- Timeline
• Project completion is expected within 60–90 days of contract award
- B-roll
• Video content for production and archiving purposes.
• Content will include, but is not limited to, city facilities, city events, city-owned property, aerial footage and quality-of-life sequences.
• City will receive raw and edited video footage.
- Contract Period/Term: 1 year
