The vendor required to provide billboard placement and advertising management services for billboard advertising at the south edge of the property at country.
- Requirement:
• Design billboard and select placement with district’s approval prior to construction
• Obtain building permits
• Provide infrastructure required for billboard operation
• Construct and operate billboard.
• Managing billboard advertising and revenue generation with a sufficiently sophisticated model that demonstrates understanding of the local advertising market, provides high confidence of revenue generation, and is informed by advertising within the surrounding highway corridor.
• Advertising shall be age appropriate and not promote any substance that is illegal for minors such as alcohol, tobacco, drugs, or gambling.
• Advertisements shall comply with the state sex education policy of abstinence.
• Installation of a wireless access point, multiple camera mounting locations (east, west, and north facing), and electrical power access on the surface of mono-pole for camera installations (for security monitoring of campus).
• Identify how design and management is sufficient to avoid safety and vandalism concerns.
• Provide any options and process for contracting organization to utilize some advertising cycles for purposes such as district and community program advertising.
• Include a suggested plan for developing the surrounding property in accordance with the planned unit of development, and include these plans in the revenue share model.
• Provide any options for additional fixed signage on pole for advertising of district.
• Provide options for field lighting from sign pole or with adjacent campus lights.
- The following restricts will be in place when seeking advertisers.
• Promote hostility, disorder, or violence.
• Attack ethnic, racial, or religious groups.
• Discriminate, demean, harass, or ridicule any person or group of persons on the basis of gender, sexual orientation, or gender identity and expression.
• Be slanderous.
• Inhibit the functioning of the school or the district.
• Override the school district’s identity.
• Promote an external charter school or private school.
• Promote, favor, or oppose the candidacy of any candidate for election, adoption of any bond and budget issues or any public question submitted at any general, county, municipal, or school election.
• Be obscene or pornographic as defined by prevailing community standards.
• Promote the use of drugs, alcohol, tobacco, firearms, or certain products that create community concerns.
• Promote any religious or political organization.
• Use any district or school logo without prior approval.
