• Messaging strategy and campaign framework
• Media planning
• Paid media buying across digital, social, radio/TV, print, and outdoor
• Organic social media content strategy
• Creation of 3–5 campaign concepts promoting district events related to the tournament
• Four-month content calendar (may–July)
• Coordination with county government and visit kc
• PR and earned media support

• Content outline and structure
• Writing and editing of select articles and sections
• Full graphic design and layout
• Map creation or sourcing
• Coordination of photography and illustration
• Integration of sponsor advertising
• Preparation of print-ready files
• Optional: printing and delivery quotes
