Digital Advertising Server Services

The vendor required to provide digital advertising services that include, managing and running online advertising with real time bidding for display, video, native and social media to strategically selected audiences with propensity to convert into a flagstaff visit.
- Requirement:
•    Building tourism data-driven strategies to support discover flagstaff’s goals and KPIs (audiences are dependent on campaigns and can vary from visitors to flagstaff residents) that drive flagstaff as a premier travel destination. 
•    Plans for various geographies including impressions and budget monitoring and optimizing ads for best performance aligning with df goals, and making adjustments or recommendations for optimal performance. 
•    Managing multiple campaigns in a single month, most of which have a pre-arrival strategy. 
•    Providing monthly and annual comprehensive data reporting (platform is preferred) showing details on flagstaff’s visitation and the impact of advertising efforts. reporting to include deep insight on ad performance (engagement, ctr, impressions, audiences, attribution, visitor origin (include city or zip code), market spending insights, pois visited (accommodations, restaurants and attractions), and more. 
•    Preparing, strategizing and discussing media plan recommendations to best promote flagstaff as a visitor destination targeting people likely to convert with an in-market visit. 
•    Extending outstanding and timely customer support via email, video conferencing and telephone meetings. 
•    Meetings will review past performance, and strategize for upcoming campaigns, and to make pivots or adjustments to optimize performance.
- Budget: Total budget spend amount not to exceed $285,000.00 annually.
