•    Cold fusion coding expertise; experience maintaining and updating legacy cold fusion systems
•    System hosting and 24/7 monitoring
- Objectives
•    Strengthen stability and ensure the application remains reliable for all participating centers. 
•    Re-establish a structured, transparent development and maintenance process. 
•    Simplify hosting and monitoring through a trusted partner with cold fusion expertise.
•    Create a clear roadmap for updates, compliance, and security needs moving forward.
•    Introduce new functionality and enhancements driven by administrator and user feedback to keep the system modern and aligned with program needs.
- Tasks and activities
•    Conduct a code and security review of the current cold fusion application and SQL server database.
•    Provide ongoing maintenance and development using a structured ticketing, QA, and deployment process.
•    Host and monitor the system in a secure, fully managed environment to eliminate vendor handoffs and ensure quick response times. 
•    Act as a long-term technical partner, giving your administrators a clear, reliable path for enhancements and support.
