RFP Description

The vendor required to provide media monitoring online tools that allow for searching, reporting, and analysis of traditional news and social media coverage in local, regional and international print, broadcast, web and social media on a continuous basis, including the following:
- Overall traditional news and social monitoring and reporting:
•    Unlimited access to online news and trade publications, print, broadcast (tv and radio), social media platforms, forums, blogs, review sites, podcasts. 
•    Near real-time ingestion continuous crawl, deduplication, metadata capture. 
•    Metadata capture: author, outlet, date or time, country, language, URL, share and engagement metrics (where applicable), media type. 
•    Intuitive UI/UX for saved queries; query builder. 
•    Unlimited key word queries and searches. 
•    Hashtag tracking. 
•    Global coverage; multilingual monitoring with english translations. 
•    Deduplication and canonicalization of same stories across syndications 
•    Real-time alerts, custom dashboards, and reports via desktop and mobile devices. 
•    Custom dashboards allow saved views per user and team. 
•    Intuitive UI/UX, localization, custom theming, compliance. 
•    Named entity recognition, topic tagging, clustering.
•    Edited clips to include only news items related to the port or port projects (limiting need for editing by port staff). 
•    Ability to edit broadcast tv and radio clips.
•    Broadcast transcripts and clips where licensed. 
•    Customizable (layout, branding, etc.) clip reports for daily sharing to organization. 
•    Ability to add news items to coverage reports for brief emailing. 
•    Customizable reporting dashboards with download options. 
•    Option to download, save and share clips with data export options. 
•    Historical data access (minimum: 24 months). 
•    clear licensing, compliance, privacy-safe processing, accessibility compliance, ethical AI commitments. 
•    Notes, tasks, assignable user roles. 
•    Topic tagging and taxonomy management. 
•    Ability to connect to google analytics 4 (ga4). 
•    99.9% monthly uptime; planned maintenance windows disclosed.
