Videography Services

The vendor required to provide videography services that produce high-quality, film productions to visually story tell the vision and mission of the agency and the services it provides.
- Requirement:
•    Development of video projects, including but not limited to, theme, storyboarding, and concepts 
•    Filming interviews either at the office or at one the properties managed by opportunity home throughout city; filming b-roll of interviewees, apartments, programs, events, etc. 
•    Editing of the filmed material into high-quality videos including lower thirds, graphics, animations, sound, closed captioning, voiceover, etc. 
•    Supplying all equipment necessary for the successful completion of the assigned project(s) 
•    Pre-production meetings and coordination 
•    Graphic design work as required by the scope of the assigned project 
•    Coordination of showtimes 
•    Briefing and attendance at meetings, both external and internal which may include, but not be limited to, creation, post-production, editing meetings, etc.
•    Providing the videos and photographs necessary to complete the job assignment and meet the deliverables requested 
•    Producing and providing time-lapse photography when requested 
•    Audio editing 
•    Providing score overlay 
•    Travel to-and-from filming sites 
•    Video project coordination with department.
