Apparel with Customization Services

The Vendor is required to provide a wide range of branded and customizable apparel, including embroidery and screen printing services in addition to alterations this cooperative bid will aggregate the purchase volume of participating governments to achieve best value pricing for customizable apparel including uniforms, shirts, t-shirts, sweatshirts, pants, jeans, reflective apparel, rainwear, rubber boots, hats, gloves, coveralls, jackets.
- Apparel specified includes, but is not limited to, work apparel used by highway, sewer district and facilities departments.
- This bid includes: shirts, pants, jeans, sweatshirts, jackets, rainwear, reflective apparel, rubber boots, and other accessories needed by many department.
- Provide embroidery and screen printing services for the apparel as specified. Alterations to pant inseams are also required as a service as needed.
- Embroidery
•    Digitizing of logos and artwork at no extra cost to the county
•    Embroidery on hats, polos, T-shirts, jackets etc.
•    Stitch counts as needed
•    Multi-location stitching as needed
•    Double backing to reduce crinkling
•    Embroidery should include up to 10 colors included in price
- Screen Printing
•    Multi-color printing
•    Full front, back sleeve placements
•    Pantone color matching (as requested)
•    It is the contractor’s responsibility to determine if any fabrics awarded require any special bonding agent. Must be offered and included in the bid price.
•    Must not fade or peel away from garment.
•    No other processes for printing may be applied unless alternate process is of equal quality and pre-approved, in writing, by the ordering entity.
