The Vendor is required to provide for airline marketing consulting services for airport.
- Consultant will prepare all materials for airline headquarters meetings, including a specific business case for targeted service.
- Consultant will attend all airline headquarters meetings with the airport staff and present the full business case for current, new, and/or expanded service.
- Consultant will provide all follow-up information requested by the airline following the meeting.
- Air service development conference meetings as requested.
- Consultant will work with Airport to identify target airlines for meetings and to identify which conferences Airport should attend.
- Consultant will work with conference organizers to schedule meetings.
- Consultant will prepare all materials for airline conference meetings, including specific business cases for current, new, and/or expanded service.
- Consultant will provide all follow-up information requested by the airline following the meetings.
- Data Reporting
• Consultant will provide the Airport with specific data reports, including:
• Monthly Schedule/Capacity Change Report, detailing changes for airlines serving agency.
• Quarterly department traffic reports that include traffic and fare data.
• Air fares from agency and competing commercial service airports.
• Data and analysis for the Airport as requested.
• Support for and check-in with incumbent airlines, as requested.
• Consultant will develop market updates to review and discuss with incumbent airlines.
• Communicate with incumbent airlines serving agency to ensure competitive air fares as well as identify opportunities to expand service destinations.
• Evaluate passenger traffic data and recommend programs to increase passenger traffic levels at agency.

• Consultant will identify airports with similar markets and demographics to optimize marketing and air service strategies.
• Consultant will identify new entrant carriers.
• Consultant will contact target airlines, as requested, that could provide beneficial air service.
