The Vendor is required to provide to identify an experienced and qualified firm to contract with to provide services to the collegiate licensing program.
- The services required include the licensing of the University’s name and marks, marketing of its branded merchandise, and trademark enforcement.
- Should include, but are not limited to:
• Marketing Plans
• Information Systems
• License Management
• Trademark Enforcement
• Costs, fees and revenue expectations
• Other services offered.
- Trademark licensing, marketing, and enforcement services to be provided. Include a description of involvement required of the University and its personnel.
- Contract Period/Term: 1 year
