- Public awareness campaign
• Collaborating with survivor-serving organizations to ensure all messaging is survivor centered, trauma-informed, and ethically sound;
• Developing culturally responsive materials capable of translation into multiple languages, including the ten most spoken languages in city and the languages spoken by teams participating in FIFA matches hosted in the region; and
• Coordinating with city departments to ensure consistent messaging, branding, and alignment with city public safety initiatives.
- Mobile case management
• Providing 24/7 mobile case management services from June 1, 2026, through July 31, 2026;
• Coordinating with local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies as appropriate and survivor-consented;
• Coordinating with community-based organizations and social service providers to ensure survivors have timely access to emergency shelter or safe housing, food, clothing, medical care, and other immediate needs; and
• Supporting survivor stabilization and connection to longer-term services when appropriate.
- Training and education
• Developing training curricula that address the dynamics of human trafficking, red flags, trauma-informed response, reporting procedures, and survivor-centered practices;
• Delivering training through virtual, in-person, or hybrid modalities;
• Educating leadership on policy development, protocols, and prevention strategies;
• Coordinating with city leadership to identify appropriate training platforms and learning management systems;
• Working with business community partners to support dissemination and participation.
