Operate Photography Concession Services

The vendor required to provide photography services to visitors with an opportunity to purchase photographs.
- Other photo-related retail products will be done by mutual agreement. 
- Items offered must not compete with similar Waikiki aquarium gift shop items.
- All artwork and displays will be mutually agreed upon and the aquarium will provide a digital logo to the contractor for use on photographs.
- Aquarium will be responsible for all reasonable monthly electrical costs.
- Marketing promotions shall be approved by the aquarium before distribution to guests.
- Hours of operations may be adjusted by mutual agreement due to seasonality and or guest attendance numbers.
- Photography service requirements:
•    Display and serving areas shall be clean, sanitary, orderly, and attractive at all times. 
•    Any refuse or soiled items shall be removed promptly from counters, and solid surfaces. 
•    Partially used and broken items shall be promptly removed from the area.
