RFP Description

The vendor required to provide videography services, to utilize on an as-needed basis.
- Requirement:
•    The end product for each of the 4-6 food value chain and soil health case studies including an 8–15-minute, documentary-style video, along with a 3–4-minute video to serve as a technical clip to direct viewers to the longer video, and a 30-second vertical and horizontal reel for social marketing channels for each case study.
•     these food value chain and 4 the soil videos must have the same look, texture, tone, and quality as the for the love of the chip video and the accompanying short motion graphic video of the food value chain story previously funded through the agricultural marketing service’s local food promotion program and southern sustainable agriculture research and education (SSARE) project funding. 
•    The videographer must have a proven track record of working with relevant, diverse cultures and stories. 
•    Cross-cultural competency and sensitivity are critical attributes and preferences. 
•    Each video will highlight different farm and food businesses; however, the first case study will include work with farmers and business owners within the community who have cultural norms, convictions, and boundaries regarding the acceptable use and non-use of technologies in accord with their values system and ethics. 
•    The videographer should understand and be sensitive to these convictions and boundaries with photography and videography. 
•    An understanding of a values-based centered food value chain and ecological soil management, particularly the relevance of local and regional foods and agriculture connections. 
•    An overall ability to work collaboratively and respectfully with extension personnel and cooperating farmers and business owners.
