• Implementation and execution of communication plans, campaigns, and related initiatives, including coordination with various city Water staff to gather content and shepherd drafts through the review and approval process.
• Improving customer satisfaction, awareness, and understanding of city Water services, programs, and initiatives through targeted communications, public relations, media engagement, and outreach efforts.
• Providing on-demand communication services, including but not limited to campaign development, public relations support, media relations, media training, issues management, crisis communications, and other related services, as requested by city water.
