Printing Services and Promotional Items

The Vendor is required to provide printing services and promotional items used for marketing and outreach projects on an as-needed basis on a national level supporting participating entities.
- Services include:
•    Design promotional items and/or trademark amenities with logo and provide visualization of product with logo;
•    Provide full color and black and white printing services;
•    Provide product and/or design/artwork samples (digital and/or physical) as requested by Participating Entities;
•    Accept and execute large-volume print jobs; typesetting (arrangement & formatting for text for print or digital publication); finishing services (cutting, folding, binding, laminating, foiling, embossing, etc.); ability to print on various paper types, specialty materials, and promotional items; screen-printing and embroidery;
•    Run a website or online portal accessible to Participating Entities that includes:
•    The ability to supply templates/order forms;
•    Digital PDF proof;
•    Track approval of orders;
•    Provide confirmations;
•    Provide order tracking from the time the print job is accepted to delivery;
•    Provide final, detailed invoicing;
•    Archive completed orders;
•    Allow users to submit reorders from historical data;
•    Run real-time usage reports;
•    Provide the ability to change product(s) and color options;
•    Provide the ability for Participating Entities to review and approve proofs (digital and/or physical, as requested) prior to production;
•    Have the ability to send and receive artwork electronically to suppliers, manufacturers, or distributors;
•    Have the ability to place orders through the awarded Supplier or through partner manufacturers or distributors;
- Produce, print and distribute promotional materials and products of nominal value including but not limited to:
•    Apparel (non-uniform – tee shirts, polos, hoodies, socks, caps, hats, etc.)
