Video Production and Streaming Services

The vendor is required to provide video production and streaming services to support countywide communications, public engagement, and community outreach initiatives.
- The short-listed individuals and companies must be capable of providing full-service video capabilities encompassing pre-production planning, production, and post-production for distribution across multiple platforms and formats.
- Requirement:
1. Off-site live streaming services
A. Meeting coverage
•    Multi-camera setup and operation with minimum two camera positions
•    Professional audio capture utilizing broadcast-quality microphones and direct audio feeds
•    Real-time switching between camera angles and content sources
•    Integration of presentation materials, documents, and slides into the live stream
•    Graphics overlay including lower thirds, titles, and county-specific branding elements
•    Streaming to county’s YouTube channel
•    Backup recording systems to ensure content preservation
•    On-site presence
B. Special event streaming
•    Live streaming coverage for county-sponsored events, ceremonies, and public forums requiring services similar to standard meeting streaming, plus:
o    Mobile production capabilities with portable streaming equipment

•    Ability to deliver ADA-compliant captioning with any completed video project.
