The vendor required to provide marketing assistance to rebrand and support the agency in helping to market its agency, programs and events.
- Rebranding and marketing services are being requested to assist and support agency in its efforts to:
• Improve, clarify and strengthen agency identity and position
• Strengthen local identity
• Reflect agency evolved mission and role
• Improve recognition, relevance, and engagement with key audiences and stakeholders.
• Establish a cohesive visual and verbal brand system
- Requirement:
1. Rebranding services:
• Comprehensive rebranding services to develop a refreshed brand identity that accurately reflects the organization’s mission, values, audience, and strategic direction.
• The rebrand will clarify the organization’s purpose, modernize its visual and verbal identity, and ensure consistency across all communications and platforms.
• Include (at the minimum) a re-branding discovery, research and development process that will result in:
o New logo(s)
o A brand guideline and strategy
o Digital asset kit to support the new brand identity
2. Marketing strategy recommendations:
• Based on information collected through the rebranding process, contractor to help design a baseline marketing strategy.
• This will include assessment on audience, key messaging, positioning, channels and tactics, content approach, metrics for measurement and other standard strategies as proposed by contractor.
• Recommendations to be presented in either a meeting and presentation and written report.
3. Annual report support:
• Content development and copywriting support.
• Creative concept, theme and narrative direction development
• Graphic layout and design
4. Graphic design needs (miscellaneous):
• Conceptualize, develop, design and layout material necessary for any marketing needs and events for the duration of the contract.
• This could include needs for: digital ads, social media, flyers, banners, poster boards, fact sheets, infographics, eblasts, website assets, etc.
5. Administration:
• Provide monthly reports on activities in relation to this contract
• Media purchases, ad buys, social media features/placement/buys, artwork/stock photos, photography, videography, marketing and promotional items, purchase of targeted or trade marketing lists, may be subcontracted and invoiced separately outside the cost of the contract and with agency prior approval.
