2. Production
• Filming (video and audio recording)
• Conducting interviews when necessary
• Providing crews and staff (e.g., director, producer, production assistants and associates)
• Lighting
• Driving to and from locations
• Any other service(s) requested by the park district for production.
3. Post-Production
• Digitizing footage
• Copying and duplicating the film to any format
• Editing
o Splicing
o Re-editing
o Audio editing
• Graphics, creation of
o Titles
o Effects
o Graphics
o Animation
• Distributing tapes of the show to media outlets and to other locations at the request of the park district
• Providing footage for b-roll purposes
• Recording narration and voice over when necessary
• Music selection, design, production, and recording
• Dubbing and creating
