The Vendor is required to provide videoconferencing services for its Commission meetings throughout the year.
- Provide personnel to assume specific positions and provide equipment to meet the needs as described in this work, which consist of gavel-to-gavel audio/visual (AV) support, audio and video production, live webcasting (live streaming via the internet), and technical support for both in-person and virtual meetings; hosting of online audio and video records; and preparation of online and flash drive archive copies with closed-captioning.
- Provide live streaming of meeting content, in both audio and video formats, and manage virtual meetings using the Zoom Webinar platform.
- Raw Video and Audio Posting: Within forty-eight (48) hours of the end of the last day of the meeting, the Contractor shall upload the raw, un-indexed meeting video and audio to the Contractor’s public-facing server which must be viewable to the public and other users.
- On a teleconference line secured by Commission staff, the Contractor shall join the teleconference as a participant by calling the teleconference number and using the access code provided by the Commission to record and webcast the proceedings for the public’s benefit.
- Must provide whatever additional equipment or service is required to provide live, gavel-to-gavel, real-time audio Internet coverage of every day of all Commission teleconference meetings in a format that is comparable to that used for in-person meetings.
