Photography Services

The Vendor is required to provide a professional photographer to capture utility events, customer and employee moments, storms and power restoration, and industry-related activities.
- Service Needs
•    Consultation: A pre-season discussion to review events, any specific shots needed, locations, dates, safety protocols and logistics.
•    Photography: On-location photography services based on the calendar below and added hours and projects listed.
•    Image Processing: Gathering, color correction and basic retouching of selected images.
•    Delivery: Delivery of final, high-resolution digital images via a secure online gallery or file transfer service.
- Professional Photography Services
•    Communications staff will work with the vendor on the final calendar. Hours are included for photography, processing and delivery.
•    Total hours:
o    Year 1: 59.5 calendar hours + extra 26 hours = 85.5 hours total each year
o    Year 2: 62 calendar hours + extra 26 hours = 88 hours total each year
o    Year 3: 62 calendar hours + extra 26 hours = 88 hours total each year
- Ability to modify, share and save high resolution photos with the agency communications team.
