- Services may include audio production, lighting, staging, and related technical support for outdoor and indoor events of varying size and complexity.
- While each event may require a different level of production, vendors must bid each event to be considered for award as the city's primary event production vendor.
- The production expert and provide all labor, equipment, delivery, set-up, operation, troubleshooting, and tear-down required to meet the city’s event needs.

1. Audio
• Clear, balanced sound coverage appropriate for audience size and event footprint
• Microphones and mixing appropriate for speakers, announcements, and performances
• On-site audio technician(s) during event operations
• Ability to coordinate with performers and accommodate basic rider needs
2. Staging
• Stage and platform solutions appropriate to the event and performance needs
• Safe access, steps, railings as required load-in/load-out support and on-site technical coordination
3. Lighting
• Lighting appropriate for performance areas, presenters, and safety needs
• Ability to provide stage lighting and general area lighting depending on event
• On-site lighting technician(s) if lighting is used.
