Marketing and Advertising Services

The Vendor is required to provide marketing and advertising assets are, at times, shared between those entities and their contractors, and campaigns are, at times, jointly planned/executed/funded between those entities.
- Provide account representation, creative development, media buying and placement, and propose and offer input on marketing strategies.
- Respond with a detailed campaign proposal that may include recommended media formats and cost estimates of media and production.
- Production of (or subcontracting of) any and all elements that directly or indirectly relate to the marketing of agency services, including but not limited to:
•    Printing,
•    Photography,
•    Graphic design,
•    Logo design and/or redesign,
•    Production of promotional items and signage,
•    Facility beautification / improvement projects to incorporate agency branding,
•    Creative design and/or redesign of static and digital content,
•    Video production,
•    Translation from English into alternative languages for print and digital materials,
•    Web content creation,
•    Webpage/site design and/or redesign,
•    Design, printing and installation of bus wraps,
•    Copy editing,
•    Social media planning and creative,
•    Writing and recording of audio ads,
•    Event planning, including equipment rental and catering,
•    Conducting focus groups or other means of gathering public insight into p agency ace’s operations or advertising,
•    Public relations outreach to senior citizens,
•    Public relations outreach to people with disabilities,
•    Administrative assistance with service contracts for media monitoring, customer communications, and marketing data reporting,
•    “transit ambassadors” or “street teams” to interact one-on-one with the general public,
•    Profiling the agency customer for purposes of planning marketing activities; and
•    Other marketing, advertising, public relations, and communications services.
