The Vendor is required to provide the services of professional advertising firms with extensive media buying power and digital marketing to reach target audiences.
- On an annual basis, the Department spends approximately $800,000 on digital marketing and traditional media buys.
- The Department currently conducts digital advertising on platforms such as: Google Search Engine Marketing, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, X (formally Twitter), Zillow, Trulia, Redfin, and Overthe-Top (“OTT”) advertising.
- Research, analyze and provide a written analysis of the most effective media placement options and assess the effectiveness of placement using the other information/metrics necessary. the contract shall place the department message in identified media channels such as off-line (traditional), on-line (internet based) and mobile (location or device-based) advertising placements, and any new media vehicles and channels that are available in the Department’s area of focus;
- Ensure on-going cost tracking and evaluation/analysis;
- Digital Marketing Services:
• Social media campaign planning;
• Social media account management;
• Website development; and
• Social media advertisement purchasing and placement.
- Approved quarterly marketing and advertising plans, the contractor shall conduct media planning and placement of multiple advertising programs for the general market, emerging market, and any potential new markets with frequently overlapping implementation schedules.
