- Strategic planning
• Perform market research pertinent to the specific outreach requirements of the requesting agency.
• Brainstorm ideas with the eligible agency and develop campaigns in support of the objectives and goals of the agency.
• Terrestrial and digital advertising - collaborate with the eligible agency on all aspects of the production process, including (but not limited to) storyboard creation, scripting, translation, location scouting, casting, shooting, audio recording, editing, effects, duplication and trafficking.
• Develop a timeline that will allow sufficient time for the development, presentation, refinement, editing, revision, final approval from agency staff, production and distribution of the multimedia campaign.
- Analytics, measurement and reporting
• Development of performance dashboards with narrative analysis, and reports that provide visibility into KPIs, media performance, and effectiveness.
• Roi analysis of paid, earned, shared, and owned media efforts.
• Real-time project tracking, with optimization recommendations to improve performance.
• Presentation of results at intervals determined in conjunction with the eligible agency.
• Email and social media marketing:
o Report on KPIs including but not limited to open rates, click-throughs and conversions, and any other metrics as requested by the eligible agency.
o Provide social media analytics and report on engagement, reach and performance.
