Promotional Items

The vendor required to provide promotional items may include, but are not limited to apparel, desktop items, awards, beverage holders, and other miscellaneous items that may be used as part of marketing strategies, department events, recognition and reward, and external and internal goodwill campaigns.

•    Customer sales and service representative to the county. 
•    The customer sales and service representative shall assist county departments with inquiries, quotes, and follow up on orders whenever required.
•    Designate one dedicated account representative who will serve as the primary point of contact for all county orders, communications, and operational matters under this contract. 
•    The designated representative shall be authorized to address order processing, delivery coordination, issue resolution, and general contract administration.

•    The successful vendors will offer and maintain a website for product search. 
•    Provide product web links to all county departments as requested. 
•    Without this capacity may be considered non-responsive and not eligible for award consideration.
