The Vendor is required to provide both general public relations support and skill sets which include writing, editing, research, development and delivery of strategic communication strategies.
- Effective and immediate support; successful development and implementation of clear communication plans; ability to be effective, creative and strategic under pressure. Firms must have demonstrated experience in rapid-response media support.
- Public relations support, at a minimum, the following attributes:
• Strategic counsel and messaging development.
• Media relations (local and national).
• Crisis management and reputation management.
• Content development and thought leadership.
• Influencer engagement and social media support.
• Measurement and reporting (Key Performance Indicators).
