The Vendor is required to provide to serve as the event coordinator for the 2026 Juneteenth celebration to be held on Friday, June 19, 2026.
- Provide a culturally responsive, well-organized, and professionally executed event that honors the historical roots of Juneteenth while creating an engaging and accessible experience for the broader community.
- Organization of the event, not limited to:
• Identifying and securing entertainment & vendors
• Entertainment should be for all ages (youth & adult) and include music, speakers, and food
o Fireworks will not be allowed
• Vendors must comply with all county ordinances & regulations
• Payment to vendors
• All marketing, advertising, and promotional efforts associated with the event and its communication to the community.
