1. Marketing:
•    Brand management
•    Collateral (fact sheets, brochures, trifolds, etc.)
•    Video production
2. Digital marketing
•    Website maintenance
•    Newsletter development
•    Social media
o    Content development
o    Graphic design
o    Reporting metrics
3. Advertising:
•    Social media, search engine and key word ads
•    Paid advertising
4. Earned media:
•    Broadcast media placements (english-language and ethnic media outlets)
•    Print media placements (english-language and ethnic media outlets)
•    Media and corporate promotions
•    Media training
•    Public information support
5. Outreach-education-partnerships:
•    Publicity service announcements (PSA)
•    Local stakeholder outreach
•    Elected official’s outreach
•    Partner outreach
6. Project management
•    Project administration services
•    Routine meeting with roc strategy team
•    KPI reports
•    No deviation of this sow will be allowed without written consent from the city project manager. 
•    Agency recognizes that projects of this magnitude will likely encounter various unforeseeable events that may cause tasks to overlap or change, and such change will be permissible with the written approval of the city project manager.
