- Maintains a long-standing commercial advertising program that permits the use of designated interior and exterior spaces on its rolling stock for commercial advertising, district communications, corporate partnerships, media trades, and public service messaging, consistent with district commercial advertising policy.
- The commercial advertising program is to maximize net revenue to support the construction, operation, and maintenance of district facilities and services, while maintaining alignment with district brand standards, customer experience priorities, and policy requirements.
- The advertising contractor would be granted limited exclusive commercial advertising rights on designated exterior vehicle surfaces and non-exclusive rights for interior advertising, subject to strict compliance with district policies, payment requirements, and performance standards.
- Responsible for all aspects of the advertising lifecycle, including sales, advertiser support, content screening for policy compliance, production coordination, installation and removal, recordkeeping, invoicing, revenue collection, reconciliation, and audit support.
