Production Service

The Vendor is required to provide production services for FIFA fan festival at park.
- Includes Audio, LED Screens and Lighting Services to the Main Stage, Secondary Viewing Zone, Pitch Stage Area, Entrances and General Site Needs.
- FOH - Production
•    1 x Main Production Console (Yamaha PM-3, Digico SD12 or pre-approved alternative)
•    All requisite drive and FOH processing gear including any processors necessary to complement the main PA system to form a complete, working, reliable sound system
•    Small band Mic package with microphone stands, Dis, sub snakes, cables based on local or regional size act
•    Monitor System
•    Controlled from Main Production Console
•    6 x D&B M2 or M4 floor monitors (or preapproved equal)

- Main Stage Viewing Zone Lighting System
•    24 x Large Format Profile/Hybrid Fixture — Martin Viper XIP, Elation Proteus Maximus, Elation Proteus Hybrid or Approved Substitute
•    24 x Large Format LED Wash Fixtures - Martin Mac Aura Raven XIP, Elation Rayzor 760 or Approved Substitute
•    64 x LED Strobe — Chauvet Strike M or Approved Substitute
•    16 x Crowd Blinders – Elation DTW Blinder 700 or Approved Substitute
•    2 x MGD the One Hazer w/ enough fluid for programming and show
•    All fixtures MUST be IP Rated for Outdoor Use in inclement weather
