Marketing and Advertising Campaign and Program Materials Services

The Vendor is required to provide will create messaging and marketing content and materials that contain valuable information about the resources available to the Agency’s target audience.
- The content and materials, as disseminated by the Agency, will have a real impact on these targeted populations today as well as in the near future.
- Administration/Management
•    Provide adequate staffing to the agency to ensure timely completion of materials and services.
•    Assigned account manager specific to this market awareness campaign.
•    Planning and budget meetings with account manager and agency representative(s) to be held on agreed upon regular basis between the parties.
•    Filing of monthly marketing campaign status reports via email to agency representative(s).
•    Attendance as required at agency events held in support of initiatives.
- Strategic planning
•    Utilize marketing strategy to advance the agency’s mission, goals and objectives.
•    Raise awareness of the programs, initiatives, activities, service and support, and earned benefits available to agency.
•    Facilitate agency navigation to fore mentioned resources.
•    Communicate ongoing activities, services and support to the veteran service organization community of practice from the federal, state and local levels, both public and private sector.
•    Target both national and international transitioning service members and veterans on why State is the place to stay, work, and play, contributing to the broader goal for State to be the most veteran friendly state in the nation.
- Research, analytics and reporting
•    Develop metrics to facilitate monitoring, effectiveness of marketing, and awareness campaigns that would include but are not limited to:
o    Utilize agency websites and social media analytics to monitor effectiveness of marketing awareness campaign.
o    Utilize multi-media monitoring to track and analyze mentions of the agency and agency initiatives across various media channels.
