Strategic Planning Consultant Services

The vendor required to provide professional consultation services to the school district to assist in the development of a comprehensive, district-wide strategic plan.
- Requirement:
•    Planning and conducting interviews;
•    Development and preparation of targeted surveys;
•    Planning and conducting public forums, identifying and utilizing other research tools to gather information about the current state of the district, its needs and desires, and to identify potential goals and initiatives;
•    Facilitating stakeholder engagement sessions with parents, students, teachers, administrators, board members, and community members to gather input and feedback; and
analyzing data and information collected during the assessment and stakeholder engagement process.
