The vendor required to provide develop various strategic ticket revenue plans services for include:
- Primary tasks
•    Deliver a comprehensive ticket revenue strategy for dell music center events each season. Which includes event specific pricing structure including premium standard and value-tier options. 
•    Suggest talent that would attract customers to purchase tickets. 
•    Work with local and national media outlets to place ad buys to ensure customers are aware of dell events and purchase tickets. 
•    Support the dell with onsite presence 
•    Provide post-event and end-of-season analyses with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Requirements
1. Legal requirements 
•    Applicants must comply with all applicable local ordinances, state laws, and federal regulations governing ticketing, financial transactions, consumer protection, and employment practices. 
•    Applicants must maintain all required licenses, permits, and certifications necessary to operate ticketing and box office services.
2. Data and technology requirements
•    Applicants must protect all data related to the dell, its staff, artists, patrons and event operations. 
•    Any data breach, suspected breach or unauthorized access must be reported to the dell immediately.
•    All information obtained through the course of work shall be treated as confidential and may not be shared, sold or disclosed without written authorization from the city. 
•    All documentation must be stored in an organized manner and made accessible to designed dell staff upon request. 
•    Applicants must coordinate with technical vendors to ensure equipment is properly installed, tested and maintained
3. Financial and compliance requirements 
•    Applicants must comply with city insurance requirements or any additional requirements specified by risk management.
