Student, Faculty and Staff Photography Services

The Vendor is required to provide comprehensive student, faculty and staff photography services across all campuses.
- Support portrait needs, including fall and spring photos, class/group photos, campus completion photos, athletic photos, retakes, senior portraits, and secure digital image management.
- Services include:
•    Student Photography: Fall, spring, Class/Group, Retakes, Seniors, Clubs, Organizations.
•    Graduation Ceremony photography for Seniors
•    PK/Kindergarten Completion Photos: Formal completion photos (cap & gown) for early childhood and/or kindergarten.
•    Athletic Photos: Individual and team athletic photos for district athletic programs.
•    Digital Delivery: System integration, secure digital file transfer, district-accessible portal.
•    ID Badges: Production, printers, supplies (optional).
•    Customer Support: Dedicated account manager and parent support services.
•    Faculty/Staff Photography: Individual/Group
