Legal Advertising and Statutory Public Notice services

The Vendor is required to provide legal advertising and statutory public notice publication services on an as-needed basis.
- Publication Coordination
•    Review submitted notice text for publication formatting requirements.
•    Identify appropriate newspapers of general circulation within required jurisdictions.
•    Confirm required frequency of publication (e.g., single insertion, consecutive weekly insertions).
•    Confirm statutory lead times relative to bid openings, hearings, or other events.
•    Provide written cost estimates prior to placement.
- Notice Placement
•    Coordinate placement of approved notices in compliant publications
•    Confirm publication date(s) in advance of placement.
•    Ensure publication occurs within required statutory timeframes.
•    Provide written confirmation of placement.
•    No placement shall occur without written authorization from the Organization.
- Proof and Documentation
•    Affidavit(s) of Publication issued by the publishing newspaper.
•    Proof of publication (tear sheet or publisher certification).
•    Electronic copy of the published notice.
•    Summary identifying publication name, jurisdiction, and date(s) of publication.
•    Affidavits must be delivered within a commercially reasonable timeframe following publication.
- Geographic Coverage (footprint)
•    Respondents must identify:
•    States and counties where they can arrange compliant publications.
•    Publications with which they maintain established relationships.
•    Ability to place notices in multiple jurisdictions simultaneously.
