Strategic Planning Services

The Vendor is required to provide strategic planning services for include:
•    Review of the organization’s existing strategic plan to determine if it still meets the existing and future needs of the organization 
•    Create a statement of guiding principles that the organization believes is important for the fulfillment of its plan 
•    Create a goals and a management implementation plan including an estimated budget to achieve such goals 
•    Create a performance management tracking system to help us measure progress on achieving the goals 
•    Prepare and present the final strategic plan (within 30 days of final meeting and session).
