The Vendor is required to provide promotional items and services, branded merchandise, apparel, and related fulfillment services for the college.
- Production capabilities
• Demonstrate the ability to meet the college’s ongoing and event driven demand for promotional items and services, including standard production capacity, standard production timelines, rush production and emergency fulfillment, guaranteed delivery standards, order tracking and fulfillment technology.
- Account management and service model
• Provide a high touch service model that supports consistent branding and reliable customer service to include dedicated account management, on-site support, training and ordering support, and escalation and issue resolution.
- E-commerce portal and brand compliance controls
• Provide an overview of their online, college branded ordering environment with potential approval workflows.
• This service shall include an online store, artwork and logo protection, reporting and spend analytics.
• It is preferred that the online store has the capability for pre-approval and compliance workflows.
