The Vendor is required to provide outreach services to assist with the continued implementation of agency local, regional, and strategic plans and deliver on-demand services, including but not limited to, branding, graphic design, media relations, advertising outreach and media buying, media production, web/interactive, annual and special report development and publication, social media management, printing, copywriting, collateral development, development of talking points and presentation materials for key staff and stakeholders as well as ad hoc outreach plans and strategic communications planning and development, and other creative services as needed.
- Utilize outreach and marketing research conducted by and for the commission including branding and digital strategy efforts, video testimonials, partner toolkits, social video, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and CRM integration.
- The Plan shall encompass both proactive and reactive public and stakeholder outreach and advertising services, elevate measurable awareness and use of programs and services available through the agency network among people in the local community with barriers to employment and who would most benefit from programs and services; and support the agency digital strategy.
- Prior approval for printing and the purchase of products including, but not limited to, signage, outreach collaterals, e.g., brochures, media kits, promo cards for workforce services, resources and activities, videos, photography, recognition and marketing/outreach items, pursuant to federal and state laws and policies, is required
- Event and Organization Partnerships - Business outreach and improved alignment among workforce development, education, community development and economic development are essential for successful workforce boards under the federal Act. Partnerships that enhance our business engagement efforts help to advance the work to achieve agency mission and strategic goals. Proposals should explain how vendors will co-brand with community based organizations, education providers, and chambers.
- Placements may be made across multiple mediums, including, but not limited to, digital platforms, print, websites, radio, television, outdoor and transportation displays, and direct marketing.
