Centennial Celebration Event Production Services

The vendor is required to provide centennial celebration event production services for include:
•    Strategic planning and master production oversight: provide overall production leadership and strategic planning to ensure cohesive branding, programming alignment, and successful delivery of all centennial events.
•    Production and logistics coordination: manage all event production logistics, including but not limited to staging, sound, lighting, entertainment coordination, vendor coordination, permitting support, event layout planning, and operational planning.
•    On-site event execution: provide on-site event management and production oversight to ensure seamless event operations, vendor coordination, public safety considerations, and overall guest experience.
•    Post-event reporting and evaluation: provide post-event reporting, including event summaries, attendance estimates, operational insights, and recommendations to support continuous improvement throughout the centennial celebration series.
- Primary event production partner and will support the planning, coordination, and execution of the following anticipated events:
•    Five (5) community block party events
•    Centennial gala
•    Centennial street festival.
