Photography Services

The Vendor is required to provide photographer will provide the following services to all district elementary, middle, and high schools, plus all clubs and athletic teams at the middle school and high school level.
- Requirements
1. Elementary level: 
•    Photograph all elementary school students and staff in August and September. 
•    Id picture strip for every student photographed. (include sample) 
•    Retake day is to be before October 20th, missed and new student ID card, and power school update. 
•    Spring new student id, image update, done before CSAP testing. 
•    Starting February 1st, spring classroom groups and individual free-style portraits. 
•    Classroom group photos, including each school’s staff, are taken in the spring. 
•    Provide the size you will provide and at each pricing level for the following: 
o    Every teacher and aide receives a photo of their classroom with a mount. 
o    Every staff member receives a photo of the staff with a mount. 
o    The school receives a photo album of every classroom of that current year. 
2. Middle school level: 
•    Photograph all middle school students and staff in August and September of each year. 
•    Retake day before October 15, missed and new student ID card, and power school updates. 
•    All middle schools receive an 8th-grade school composite. 
•    Clubs, sports and other groups are scheduled on demand throughout the year as needed. 
•    Spring ID cards and power school updates. 
3. High school level: 
•    Photograph all high school students and staff in August and September of each year.   
•    Retake day in September, missed and new student updates. 
•    Spring new student ID card and power school updates. 
•    Senior class composite – framed and delivered on graduation.   
•    Graduation ceremony services.  
•    Live photos of graduation ceremonies.
