The Vendor is required to provide for Advertising, Marketing, and Media Buying Services for the Office
- Objectives:
• Generate revenue from the sales of current ASL games by recruiting new players, engaging with infrequent players, and increasing the play of loyal players.
• Expand awareness, comprehension, and engagement of existing and future ASL games and products, and the office mission.
• Enhance player loyalty and trust in the ASL and its mission.
• Develop and implement effective advertising, marketing, and media buying services across all applicable channels in a responsible manner.
- Shall have had an annual country gross income of $5 million or more income from providing marketing, advertising, and media buying services during the most recent fiscal year.
- Shall have a minimum of five (5) active creative services, marketing, advertising and/or media buying accounts with at least one (1) account having annual billings exceeding $1 million.
- Shall provide engaging, innovative, and cost-effective video development and production
- Shall implement multi-channel campaigns running in a combination of media, including print, digital, social media, out-of-home, streaming, and broadcast.
- Shall successfully develop advertising and marketing plans on a yearly basis, for presentation and approval prior to the beginning of the fiscal year.
- Shall provide innovative and effective marketing strategy and planning.
- Shall provide reliable, experienced account and project management
- Shall participate in monthly meetings with the marketing, gaming, and sales teams, in-person during regular office hours.
- Shall meet all specified marketing plan and project deadlines and shall keep within established budget guidelines.
- Shall provide an analytical assessment of each campaign.
- Shall develop effective and cutting-edge creative for campaigns.
- Must include a media mix of streaming and broadcast television and radio, out of home, print, digital media, and social media campaigns.
- Shall create campaigns that correspond with ASL’s stated goals, mission, and vision. Campaigns must align with other advertising communications and with the office approved Annual Advertising and Media Plan, or any future advertising plan that may be approved by the office.
- Digital marketing campaigns must deliver creative, responsible messaging and effective placement to communicate with target audiences.
- Shall work in collaboration with the office marketing team to manage organic and paid social media platforms.
- Shall develop social media strategies with the goal of increasing engagement among targeted audiences, effectively communicating the ASL brand and news, increasing the positive perception of the ASL, and reinforcing ASL’s presence and initiatives in the social arena.
