Media Production Services

The Vendor is required to provide professional videography and photography services supporting tourism promotion, marketing campaigns, events, and county initiatives throughout county.
- Provide video production, still photography, drone footage, editing services, voice-over coordination, talent organization, show flow management, on-site direction, and post-production editing as requested by the county.
- Technical specifications:
•    Provide comprehensive professional videography and photography services, which may include one or more of the following at the discretion of the county: candid photography, environmental and scenic imagery, landmarks and destination features, aerial or drone footage (where permitted), food and beverage photography, social media content and reels, panoramic photography, adventure and outdoor photography, event photography including crowd coverage, architectural photography, and promotional videography in formats including approximately fifteen (15) seconds, thirty (30) seconds, and up to five (5) minutes in length. 
•    Provide pricing for the applicable services as requested by the county.
•    Services may include half-day or full-day photo and video shoot sessions, voice-over coordination, talent organization, production flow management, and on-site photo and video direction.
•    High-resolution photo editing and video editing shall be included. 
•    Provide an itemized description of tasks completed during billable hours.
•    Include organized digital assets, raw media, edited content, and storage solutions.
