The Vendor is required to provide athletics creative media production for creative development, production, post-production, and delivery of finalized video assets formatted for use across multiple in-venue display systems and digital media platforms.
- General requirements
• Creative concept development, including art direction and visual style, as represented through storyboards, animatics, or other visual references;
• A detailed shot list identifying required looks, poses, actions, and sequences to be captured;
• Full set-up, operation, and responsibility for all lighting, set pieces, and video production equipment;
• Production and capture of high-end video content across a single set in one location per sport;
• Provision of a complete production crew, including an on-site producer and director responsible for execution and coordination;
• Professional post-production services, including editing, color correction, sound design (if applicable), and final mastering;
• Delivery of final assets in formats, resolutions, and aspect ratios specified by the university;
• Adherence to university brand standards and athletics department creative guidelines.
- Additional content creation
• Short-form hype videos;
• Player-specific or unit-based features;
• In-venue video elements for use during games or special events;
• Social, digital, or auxiliary display adaptations derived from the original production capture.

1. Primary deliverable
• Ultra-wide aspect ratio (34x9) for primary video board use;
• Standard widescreen aspect ratio (16x9) for alternate displays and archival use.

• East and west ribbon board content (12416x112 pixels):

- Men's basketball intro video requirements
1. Primary deliverable
• Produce a fully executed men's basketball video board open with a total runtime of 60-90 seconds, formatted for use on the primary in-arena video display.

• Two (2) 360-degree ribbon boards;
• Courtside led tables (both sidelines and end zones);
• Court projection content
• Four (4) Vomitory (VOM) displays.
